It will say "Mailed".
Mine said mailed on 6/30 and it was in the mail box the same day. Guess they hand delivered it

Haha I'm out and about with an empty holster, and two mags on my hip. If it comes in the mail when I get home, my pistol is going on my hip. Hope you get yours today sir. Post when you get it.

heheh the things we do before we get the plastic ! i carry at home and car ...hoping this will be the day today !

My pistol goes under my seat when I'm in the car. And I carry at home too.

I am happy to report that I got my plastic today !!

the whole process took me less than 3 weeks.
applied online on 6/17
class 6/18
finger print and chl-100 form on 6/21
print pending on mid week last week and mailed status I believe 7/1 or 7/2.
received on 7/6

overall the process exceeded my expectation as I thought from reading the forum there's a backlog and I shouldn't get my hopes up too much less than a month. I guess they are automating more and getting more people to work due to demand?

I don't like you right now lol. I checked my mail at least 10 times today. Normally mail runs around 1200-1400. Today it showed up at 1700(5pm). I was outside and my mailman said they're swamped and catching up. Not what I wanted to hear.

i know !! i was trying not to get my hopes up yesterday but then i saw a DPS envelop and i am like YES ! it was at the bottom of my mail. hopefully you'll get yours by saturday !

I'm hoping to get mine in the mail today. Tomorrow I gotta make a business trip to Laredo(hate that place).

Mine updated yesterday, but it still says fingerprints and background pending
