I finally got the bright idea to check the status again online today and saw this (it did not indicate anything before--maybe they are actually getting around to mine). I emailed a few times using the "Contact Us" form on the website and got a few canned responses and 1 actual response from a guy who said it was in progress.
well your a few weeks before me bigbuckey...guess we are both in the 100 club once you get yours ill start stalking the mailman myself i feel your frustration. has it always been like this even for renewals?

After 80 days and my third or fourth call to DPS I finally contacted the rep from the district I used to reside. They called me back a few days later to get additional details. I received a call from DPS the next day saying that they needed a new photo for my renewal. Not sure why since I had green on that on the status check. Told me to she'd send me an email and to just reply to it with a picture of myself taken with my phone.
We'll see if that gets everything off of high center...

So.. just a FYI for you guys.. I called DPS and asked if my fingerprints were submitted correctly (been 3 weeks, still pending) and she told me they have been approved, but apparently it's a "computer glitch" causing it not to update on their website. Pretty much, don't bank on the status updates too much.. lol

After sitting on "print pending" for nearly a week, my status updated to "mailed" today AND I received my license in the mail today. Woohoo, it's about time!

Thanks for letting us know this. Maybe others are further along in the process and the site just hasn't updated yet. That's what I'm hoping for.

The checklist? No. Just my CHL 100 and receipt for fingerprints. I had read some posts on here that sending the checklist was unnecessary. Should I have sent it?
