Welcome 45guy. Living in San Antonio puts you close to some of the most beautiful parts of Texas, so be sure to take advantage of the opportunity. Too bad Thunder Ranch moved to Oregon; you would have been about an hour and a half away. It's still well worth the trip to Oregon.

Well, Hey all!

cjlandry said I needed to come over here and introduce myself...

I'll be 60 on 31 July.

Native Virginian with time spent in SF Bay area and Nevada...

USAF 1/67 - 1/71
Photographer
Two tours SEA flying right seat with 23rd TASS FAC. We did make a difference.

Been coming to Texas regularly since 1979. Even before my son moved to Houston 8 years ago, I considered Texas, specifically Dallas my second home.

My son is smart. He married a Texas girl a couple years ago. He's a CAPT in the Texas National Guard.

Been carrying for just over 3 years. Y'all remember hearing about those guys, the Beltway Snipers? They came very close to Richmond where I live. Suddenly I felt naked... no way to fight back. The rest is history.

Hope I can contribute a little bit here.

Darn, Rob, I didn't know you're older than me!!!!

I Live in Galveston, am married. Keeping antiquated computers that run the the refinerys and chemical plants is what helps pay the bills. I work mostly in Baytown. I am 54 years old.

I love politics and am even running for state Rep. in November. Hoping that I can help make the state lege a little more gun friendly.

I'm currently just a CHL applicant, and my handgun is a Ruger P95, I'm still researching an appropriate concealable holster.
