Wow, you're was fast! I turned in docs the same day and didn't get a status page until 8/4. I'm still at background under review.

I'm gonna do my first run with the plastic tonight. Going to see "Suicide Squad" at one of the LTC friendly theaters in my area. Maybe do my wally walk tonight after. It won't be a "real" wally walk though cause I don't plan on buying a box of ammo.

Dang, hopefully dps will move it along in the next few days. I heard on here that it is possible that dps waits until there are a certain amount of LTCs ready to print before they print and mail them. I'd never thought about it before but it seems very likely. But I'm very suprised yours wasn't looped in with ours.

I've been noticing that peoples backgrounds updated on the 2nd on a Tuesday and looking back at comments others have also been on tuesdays. Do you think thats just a coincidence or is that how they do it like tuesdays and thirsdays

Very happy to have seen good news this morning. Now it's time to stalk the mailbox!

I hope y'all are right.. it still seems fairly random to me. Mine was 6 or 7 weeks from app to plastic... others were less than 3 weeks, that filed before AND after I did. Hopefully mine was the anomaly

Woke up to some great news! Started the process on July 24th.
