What is the general time frame on that? (knowing that it depends on the US Post Office, of course!)

I'm waiting too. I had to send add'l docs. I even drove to their office to drop them off, that was a month ago, and still nothing.

96 days so far.

Day 91 and it is in the mail. Now it is in the hands of the US Postal Service, heaven help me! Really thought it would be longer with the Reported History issue, so I am a happy camper now.

Congrats and It depends on how long it lays in the outgoing mail box at dps. Mine laid there for 2 days before mailed.

Got it today finally after 100 days of waiting.

Hello all,

Just a bit of an update. After giving up watching the DPS site for updates and having to send in the same paperwork multiple times, I walked out to my mailbox just now and found my CHL waiting for me. 97 days from mailbox to mailbox and it only took sending in my CHL-100 three times, my County Clerk disposition record twice and my District Clerk disposition record once. It would seem one hand wasn't talking to the other down in Austin. I would send in both the physical and electronic form of a document and receive confirmation of its arrival, then get a letter a week later telling me to send in the forms I just sent in. Meh.... It's all good now.

To the few March applicants left, keep your heads up.

Ran home and checked mail...WOO HOO! 95 days, mailbox to mailbox!

Day 97- manufacture pending.

It was mailed on 7/15 and I got it on 7/17. A total of 124 days, but i had to submit additional papers. After I sent (electronicaly) the needed documents it took only 3 weeks.

Now i need a inside the waist holster for my PT111. Any advise?????
