Thanks for that...
We learned that in class, and it was someone else along the way that gave me the misinformation!
My LEO buddy then followed up with "keep it in your car...Castle Doctrine!" ...I told him it's not worth the hassle...I'll wait for the plastic...even though my photos make me look like a bloated, stoned pacman frog...hopefully it won't be too bad! =)

It's technically not the Castle doctrine that covers Vehicles, but rather, the Motorist Protection Act of 2007

Checked this morning - "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" - 110 days!

Another "FINALLY"!

Got notice this AM that application is complete!

I don't have a complete timeline, but I took the class 4-5 April, and it is complete today, 25 July.

No Wally Walk, I'm not planning to carry regularly, but I'm glad I am almost done!

Thanks, and congrats right back to you!

I ordered a holster in May, it should be here sometime this week as well. All this time I've been expecting the holster to show up before the license - now it looks like a race.

i've been preparing for a while now...i have a Galco Gun Leather holster , and last night i went a bought a couple pair of pants/shorts that are one size larger for IWB carry .

Mine is still "Processing Application", my missing info on finger print cards really made me mad - at myself :boxing

hopefully that wont delay you too much ...
looking at some other time lines ,little problems like that really didn't seem to add to the overall wait time .

Started whole process April 18...card carrying in 3 months...not too shabby!
