So when i submitted my CHL 100 and my arrest unconditional dismissal court document on 10/4/16 and i took the class on my 21st birthday 9/17/2016, i put my actual birthday (9/17/1995) on the completion dates and was kicked back with an email and on my status says that the class and proficiency hasn't been received but i resubmitted the corrected CHL 100 and it was received (i called and checked and got the confirmation email) on 10/13/16 but still haven't had an update on my status? whats the deal? is it going to take 30 years longer because i resubmitted the CHL 100? should i have resubmitted the court document the second time as well???? any advice or info is appreciated

Yea I listed my only arrest from over 5 years ago case numbers and everything.

Were charges dropped? I had a 16 year old and 9 year old arrest. Both were dropped. I didn't have case numbers but listed charges and final disposition of "dismissed". This may be causing both of our continued delays.

Keep us posted. Hopefully we'll both be celebrating our approvals soon!

I'm new here but have been reading posts on the site for a while now.

There seems to be a lot of variation in time it takes to receive license.

Mine seems very fast.

Class on 10/08/16
Application online 10/10/16
Uploaded class completion on 10/10/16
Fingerprints 10/11/16
Background completed and print pending on 10/21/16

So 13 days to go from start to print pending. I can only think they must be super caught up right now.

CHL-100 Uploaded - 10/22/16

Website status has not been updated.

Hopefully it doesn't take too long.

Yeah I just checked (for the 15th time today) and it still says Print pending. Judging from the others who waited for this status to change it generally took 2-5 business days before it updated. I just want it to change so I can get my plastic!

Been print pending since 10/19 still pending...

Went "print pending" on October 19th as well. I drive out of the way everyday to check the PO Box.
