It's not Whitmire's fault. As far as the time goes, he's being somewhat lenient on both sides (which is why I decided to give my full testimony). The problem is that he left the room in the middle of my testimony and left Huffman in charge, and she decided to be ultra-strict.

Some CHL staff/faculty colleagues don't want to self-identify as CHLs and aren't able to speak up to support it
