I don’t believe he has a chance. I don’t even believe Obama has plans on helping him.

I really do believe Joe Biden is suffering from early stages of dementia. I am not kidding either. Every time I see him speak on TV he loses track of what he is saying and goes off like a pistol if challenged, even when the challenge is nothing to get excited about. His mental capacity is compromised. It just shows us all how desperate the dems are for anyone they think might stand a chance against Trump.
