Looks like PA Legislature is getting ready to fire back at their corrupt Gov. and State Election idiots. Taking back the power.

“ Pa. State Senator Moving to Have Legislature Appoint Electors”

“ Mastriano, 56, a retired U.S. Army colonel who represents the state’s Senate District 33 in the south central counties of Cumberland, Adams, Franklin, and York, said about half of the Pennsylvania House and Senate leaders support the move. Republicans control both houses: 29-21 in the Senate and 113-90 in the House of Representatives.”

That is an interesting argument. I wonder if the court response will also say these complaints are invalid because they have spelling errors, run on or split sentences, missing spaces, or other grammatical errors. Somehow, i think the court would ask for an answer to the points made, not just dismiss it for bad typing.

I saw that. While grammatical errors certainly can appear on official docs, this many errors in the suit (and really ridiculous ones like misspelling “district”) make me very suspicious. I’m not suggesting that it really couldn't just be a sloppy job, but I find it hard to believe that an attorney of this caliber, former Fed. Prosecutor in the midsts of such a high stake litigation would fail to notice that “district” is misspelled on the very first page, not to mention names of the people etc. Really “reelly” odd.

I read somewhere (maybe here) that district is spelled correctly but it’s a PDF thingie that happens.

PDF thingie I realize is not the best word for it. Artifact?

Lots of different file formats can be converted to PDF, and I have seen some odd results. I immediately attributed the removal of spaces between some words to a file change.
It's not like we can expect major media outlets to approach any issue openly and honestly, can we?

The spelling errors seem to have been in preliminary drafts posted to Powell's website;https://defendingtherepublic.org/. The docs accessible now have been corrected, it seems. The Michigan doc has the header showing submission/filing info.

I think it's interesting that so many "journalists" ignore the content of the docs while pointing out spelling errors. I hope they sing a different tune soon. The Yahoo linked article would be laughable if things weren't so serious now.

Thanks, much clearer than the ones I saw earlier!
I completely agree about the "journalists". President Trump mispells coffee in a tweet and the networks can't spread the news fast enough. Every time Biden speaks they spend the next week attempting to spin it into something cognizant and palatable.

There is a delete post button in the upper right hand corner. You can click on that and delete the extra post. It ask for a reason but you aren't required to give one.

was watching thing earlier on saddam hussien, he held an event that had almost all of his government officials in it and then had the head traitor start naming names and of course the saddam police started escorting these people out to be executed or worse , got me to thinking, that if trump is victorious and there are impending indictements of high government officials, and any special guests that are guilty then he should hold a joint speech with both houses of congress and start naming the ones to be arrested, followed by the capital police going to each one and arresting them on live tv :biggrinjester:

I'd watch that even if it were pay-per-view.

Guys, don't be mislead. This was filed last minute, the definition of rushed. You're watching/reading the enemy. Don't.

Did President Trump Spring a Trap on Treasonous Democrats on Election Night?
By Paul Dowling
"I, DONALD J. TRUMP . . ., find that the ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections . . . constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. ... I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with this threat."
Is this more of the Kraken showing or is it just wishful thinking?
