Lost in the mail????? It was only 2 1/2 weeks ago that you did your fingerprints. The only thing that is lost is your patience, chill, they even ask that you wait 5 weeks before you call and ask where. BTW, if they notify you that they need something else, you have 90 days to respond if they do not hear from you your file is closed. the application process has to start from the beginning, including a new payment for the new file.

IF fwant's application was all green on 2/11 and they still haven't got it, id say something happened to it in the mail.

2/15/18 - showing green prints and background under review..

I'll update once I get a status change...

If they had BG OK'd by 2/19, then yes, they should call. Not Grundy1133.

I was still under review, but I checked today and suddenly I'm print pending?? Hmmmm......... I'll update as I get updates.

That is a very good indicator! I have no Idea how big of a batch they are printed in or how long it takes to fill that batch. I would definitely call this "the light at the end of the tunnel".

Yay! The post office delivered it to the wrong house! That is not unusual with this post office. The guy on the next block brought it to me. Said he got it this morning.

Anyone who grumbles about processing time let me remind 'em of the old days. I put my initial application in February 2009 and got my plastic almost 7 months later in September 2009.
