There's 98 republicans and 52 democrats in the house. So at least 3 democrats voted in favor.

But this is a good bill. Older students walking near campus after dark (the only ones who will have CHLs and guns anyway) will be able to CCW to protect themselves... IF the universities don't opt out, per the amendments.

So reading through
Amendment 1 it's not as bad as I thought. I hope the Senate concurs and we get SB11 signed into law. If universities abuse this and ban 99% of buildings we can undo or adjust that amendment in the next session.
