15-May-2010 - Class taken.
21-May-2010 - Online application and fee completed. Packet mailed with signature service requested.
23-May-2010 - Postal service indicates package received and signed for.
07-June-2010 - Online application indicates updated but waiting for supporting information to be mailed.
License Status: Application processed online. Concealed Handgun Licensing is waiting on the receipt of required materials. Once the application and materials have been received by Concealed Handgun Licensing and processing has begun, a more detailed status will appear on this page.

* Affidavits : Received
* DL or ID : Valid
* Citizenship : No documentation required
* Passport photo holder : Received

Exactly 10 working days to acknowledge the online form.
24 days to process the forms and update the web page.

My status stayed the same for over 3 weeks! So I'm not surprised!

Exactly what I was thinking! I sent a Movie back to netflix on Saturday and the next in my line up video came today.... So the DVD went all the way to Houston and came back. Goverment I guess! If it's not here Wed. I'm calling.

Probably has to go through Dallas and Houston first. Maybe somebody put it on the wrong truck.

I got this in a pm from a fellow forum member about their status
and waiting on the mail:

"Just got off the phone and said it was issued on the 10th and it'll take 7 - 10 days. If I knew it would take a week for a letter to go 150 I would have offered to drive and get it myself or hell walked. Here hoping for today."

I haven't checked the mail it's usually not in our mail station until 2pm.

I told my wife the very same thing, almost word for word, just a few minutes ago when she came home for lunch! *sigh* Okay, I guess I'll just keep an eye out on the mail. Friday will be day 7 so I guess I can start expecting it then :/

Good news!!!!! It was in with the mail! I'll do the Wally walk later tonight we need to go food shopping!
