I wasn't expecting any kind of update for another month. Now we'll see how long the background check takes.

Mine has been "Under Review" since the 24th. So 3 weeks today.

XDR1, do you have anything questionable in your past? I ask because I have a couple of old misdemeanors and I have been in background review for three days now. Seems like most people just spend one day in review and straight to manufacturing.

Nope. I'm 21, only thing I've ever had was a speeding ticket for 10 over.

My license came in the mail today Took the class Dec. 16th and finger prints done on Jan. 14th. Envelope was post marked Feb. 13th.

I know, I wasn't expecting it until mid March

I really don't understand what is going on!!! I sent my paperwork in at the end of December and still no update!!!!!!!!!

I sent my paperwork the first week of January- uploaded them all to the website and got the confirmation email. My status still says " waiting on the receipt of required materials ". So yeah, I think they got really lucky somehow with that fast of a turn around

I would not worry to much about the web site updates. You may go from nothing to mailed in one day. If you think they might have misplaced your application, you can call them.

I never received an update until the process was complete. One day the website said waiting on materials and then the next day I checked and it said everything complete and mailed. The website said License mailed on 2/14 so hopefully I have it hand this week.

I'm getting a little worried about my application... I sent my stuff in the 22nd and still no website update...

I didn't upload my docs (crap decision I know...didn't know that was an option), so if I spend the hours trying to call them will they be able to tell me whether or not they've got my paper?

It would appear that it all depends on who you end up on the phone with. I called during my renewal process and it only took about 30 seconds for the person to verify they had all of my documentation (this was mid last year so class was still required). Others have called and been told it is not possible for them to verify.
