Academy 1431 Cedar Park at 2pm had plenty of WWB and some UMC mega packs of 45, had good amount of 40 WWB and Monarch.
No 9,380.
Edit: Gun counter guy said a big shipment with 9mm due in Fri AM or Mon AM. Not sure which day since holiday may affect shipment.
Walmart at 1431/183 had no pistol ammo.

please indicate asking price, that would be very helpful. My experience is Walmart has the lowest prices.

Not stocked anymore
Mostly luck if you trip over a once-a-week delivery with some helpful notice from folks here.
The Academy stores I can get to have nothing but some pricey carry 45 JHP. The Wal-marts cupboards are bare too (not seen any pistol ammo - zero - in the last few weeks.
Large pistol primers anywhere? fagedaboutdit. Has to be burning the hobby reloaders too.
Some of the online sellers have some common target ammo, but it carries a premium and about a "50 rd box" penalty for shipping, but it is at least somewhat affordable. I guess it is good - slow down and aim more.

Wal-Mart always has the lowest price from everything I have seen.
What I have bought this week.
Academy
Remington UMC 250 45acp pack 98.99
Winchester Hollowpoint 45acp 50pack 28.99
Winchester 50 pack 45acp 22.99
Wal-Mart
Remington 50 pack 45 acp 18.99
Blazer Brass 50 pack 9mm 8.97
Blazer Brass 50 pack .40 S&W 12.97
I didn't really look at other prices sorry. But the prices are there at each place even if they don't have ammo in stock.

Sports Authority on I45 at 646 has Winchester 45 Auto 230Gr JHP @ 37.99 a box (50 rounds), limit of 4 boxes per customer per day.
When I was there this evening they had about a dozen boxes on the shelf.

Monarch 40S&W 16.99/50. WWB 40 18.99/50(i think). I dont write down prices when I go in so my brain with very few megabits cant remember too much else.
I agree Walmart cant be beat, but I have made at least 20 empty handed trips in the last couple of months.

Gander @ 290&6 had enough ammo to start a small revolution. Probably about 100-150 boxes of 9mm were out on a small pallet. the shelves were not lacking .40s&w or .38spc at all.
The only thing they didn't have was .45acp FMJ
They had 3 tiny boxes of Hornady XTP +P, but wanted an arm and a leg for em.
Sigh.

Walmart at 190/N Garland Ave, in Garland had a plentiful supply of both 9mm and .40 Federal Champion ammo when I was there a couple hours ago. I picked up 6 boxes (the limit) of 9mm for $8.97/box. First time I've seen 9mm there in I don't know how long.

Some walmart limits buyer to two boxes which is ridiculous. How can I shoot 100 rounds at the range!!!! Anyways, I have 400 rounds of Winchester 45s if anyone want to buy them. I only shoot 40s but my wife bought me the wrong one. I live in Sugar Land, TX.

Walmart at I35N and Parmer. About 10am
I bought 2ea (limit)
Blazer Brass $8.97/50 9mm
Remmington 22LR $13.88/550
Maybe 3 or 4 boxes left each.
This the 1st time in about 20 trips to Walmart that I actually found something.

Academy at 820 in NRH had some 45acp jhp, but nothing else.
Anyone find it interesting (maybe even machiavellian) that enthusiasts themselves have more effectively undermined shooting (particularly handgun sporting and reloading) than any legislation I can remember? Hope none of the anti- folks are taking notes.
