Hey, they cashed my money order 8/21/09.
Shouldn't this be like paying a contractor, you don't get paid until the work is done. Maybe the process wouldn't take as long if the payment was on the back side instead of upfront.

LOL, it never makes sense when u are dealing with the govt....they love to take money

they sure do . its been joked about how they're so quick to get the denero out and then toss your app into a pile .
