Mr. navy begins by questioning the added cost to universities if the bill passes and says it will be a strain on university funding due to the proposed cuts in education funding, but then goes on to suggest adding more police and security. How is more police on the payroll not going to be an additional cost? Total thought contradiction on his part.

Dear Southwestern University student from Lockhart .... IT WILL STILL BE ILLEGAL FOR SOMEONE WHO IS INTOXICATED TO CARRY A GUN ON CAMPUS.

And it's great that you can call campus police to walk you back to your apartment every night. What happens to the other students who are temporarily lacking police protection while the police are focused only on you? How do they defend themselves?
