Thanks to everyone who has posted their timeline while I waited. It helped me remain patient. From the government's point of view, I'm a boring guy (no crimes, no immigration, no military, etc.), but I did have a license years ago (expired). Here's my timeline.
8/27/2016 Class complete
8/31/2016 Application, CHL – 100, & fee submitted online
9/2/2016 Fingerprints complete
9/6/2016 Application acknowledged; Awaiting processing
9/9/2016 Application Complete; Background check under review
10/13/2016 Background Check Completed; Print Pending
10/17/2016 Mailed
10/20/2016 Received in Mail

Status shows print pending. Everything else is green. Has shown this for about 4 days now. Am I getting close?

10/15/16 - Finger-prints and online app completed
10/22/16 - LTC training class
10/22/16 - CHL-100 Uploaded
10/26/16 - got the email saying all documents are in!
10/29/16 - website updated - all green except back ground check under review and shows print pending.
11/1/16 - background check completed! Print Pending.

10-23-2016 - Submitted my paperwork
10-29-2016 - Status updates and everything green except print pending
10-29-2016 - Print pending

Still waiting for it to mail!

Yep. Print pending since last Friday. Talked to RSD rep, and informed to allow 14 days for print. Ugh!

10/18- app received and fee paid

10/26- supporting documents received
10/29- background complete/ print pending
11/04-status chance to MAILED
??????-license in hand TBD

YAY! Mine mailed too! We are on the exact same timeframe... haha!

From what I have read we should get it either today or tomorrow.

I will say.... you sure did wake up super early to check... haha!

I was didnt want to look. I didnt want to ruin my Friday by seeing "Print Pending" still. I actually checked the forum first.

I'm always up early. I had been checking after breakfast, and before going to bed.

11/3/16 -> awaiting status update
11/11/16: Status updated to fingerprints and BG review/print pending

10/18 application

10/21all in background pending
10/26 print pending
10/28 license mailed
11/07 license in hand

11/6/16 no response what so ever on web site so i sent them a message to see what was up.
11/8/16 Response from DPS saying they never received my Signed Training Doc or my DD214 ( hey get your bennys were you can right)
11/8/16 received confirmation that they received my Docs.
11/22/16 Web site showed background check in progress. ( Could have been there a couple of days but i hadn't checked it for a few days)
11/23/16 Shows PRINT Pending
11/29/16 Mailed
