Moved out of state

So I moved from Texas to Oklahoma back in October for work and established residency shortly after moving. I never did update my LTC since moving to Oklahoma, a little less than probably 90 days ago.
My question is, is anyone familiar with the process to transferring my resident LTC to a non-resident LTC and is there a deadline I was supposed to make before I have to go re-do my LTC course since my LTC is now void since surrendering my TX drivers license for my OK driver’s license? Or is it as simple a just going in and changing my address on the LTC website?
