I want to wish all my Christian friends a very merry Christmas. I hope you had a great holiday.
I also want to wish all my Jewish friends a very Happy Hanukkah.
And I want to point out to everyone on this forum especially, that tonight begins the 2,188th commemoration of a group of armed citizens successfully fighting their government to defend what we now call their First Amendment rights to freedom of religion. They were only successful because they had the same types of weapons as the military had at the time.

Thank you! Wife and I spent Christmas Eve walking the River Walk, touring the Alamo, and we also found the spot where General Cos signed articles
captitulating San Antonio on Dec 9, 1835. Makes it so much more real when you are standing on the actual spot.
