deactivate 30mm round?

Are there any suggestions on how to safely deactivate a 30mm round?

Yea...Don't mess with it
They don't make bullet pullers that big and static electricity will ruin your day

If it is a GAU-8 round from an A-10 it's percussion primed. How to pull the bullet is another issue but static electricity is really not a problem.

Is it legal under NFA and GCA 1968 to have one that is not demilled?
