California Vehicle Gun Storage

San Diego Sheriff's Weapons Training Unit posted video on X two days ago about legally storing your firearms in a vehicle. Thankful for the great state of Texas! Video is link that Kostas quotes.
So you have to have it
California gun laws are such an unconstitutional and confusing mess that even an explainer video from a Sheriff's Department is incorrect and inadvertantly advising you to break the law.
Nice gift to defense attorneys with clients facing such charges though.
(The box itself has to be locked too. Unless it's in the locked trunk of a car.)
