A friend I took the class with got her plastic already. She sent her application in (w/o applying online before) two weeks after I did. I did apply online before I took the class, and still nothing. Sent an email asking for my PIN (I forgot to write it down before I sent everything in), and this is what I got back:

"Your application has not been entered into the system. It is likely going though the processes required before entry. When a completed application is entered you will be sent a confirmation letter with your PIN number. "

That letter won't come b/c I applied online before hand, correct? At this point, I'm starting not to care.

If you applied online your pin number was on the top right corner of the white pre-filled in copy of your application you received.

I know. And I was stupid enough not to write it down. I sent all that back to the State.

Send them an email with your name, dob and ssn and they can send you your pin.

I sent them 2 emails with my name, DOB, and SSN and never received a response to either email.

Something’s up over there, I sent them two e-mails last week inquiring about my status.

I sent one on Monday 05/12 and a follow up to my original e-mail on 05/16.

I still haven’t gotten a response from DPS. Talk about great customer service.
