What County Am I Under?

I am a resident of Montgomery, but i took the class in Harris. What county am i being processed through?

Whatever counties you listed on your application for residence and employment in the past five years.
It doesn't matter where you took the class. That information is not on the application. A Texas certified instructor could teach classes on the moon.
