ok I finally filled out my chl app, I took the class in may of '08, just wasn't sure I wanted to mail it off for various reasons.

anyway I filled it out and know I want to know if there is any particular way I need to put the paper work together to mail?
I put all the papers and my postal money order inside the yellow application and put a paper clip on it to clip the money order on the inside top of the form along with the other papers and records, is this alright or should I arrange them another way?

well I mailed the app this morning.

since I got zero response on the correct app order I just stuck it in the envelope and mailed the darn thing certified mail, return receipt.
