Is it perfectly legal to buy and receive high capacity 30rd Glock magazines in TX?
I met some guy who wants to sell his collections of magzines privately. Would there be any problem legally?

I'll second that....they are for sale at every other counter at just about any gun show you attend...They do look funny hanging out of the bottom of a Glock.....but it has already been determined that Glocks are ugly anyway

  so it wont matter.

Do the Glock mags fit in a Kel-tec rifle? Forgive my ignorance...I don't keep up with Kel-Tec. Thanks.

If you get the one that takes the Glock mags - yes they do. If I remember correctly, they can either be set up to take Glock or Ruger mags... might be something other than Ruger though...

Hubby got son a 33rd Gl mag for Christmas and he just loves it for range work.
(Got his mother in law a subscription to National Geographic so she could have a magazine too.)

I think the other option is Barretta mags...
I used a 33 rounder in my Glock 19 once. Kind of hard to conceal :) but great for the range.

Occasionally private sales charge more than public prices. IIRC, Glock 18 (that’s the 30+ round magazine intended pistol) magazines sell for about $30.
