Reminiscence of Paxton Quigley authur of "Armed and Female". She is another ultra liberal gun hater that has seen the light. It is too bad that it takes a horrible event happening to someone to get them to see the light. In Robin's case an armed robbery and Paxton's case and attack on a friend.

This statement reminds me of an incident several years ago when I visited CA on a business trip. While touring the office and conducting interviews, one lady introduced herself to me by saying - "Hello, I am a breast cancer survivor and recovering alcoholic." My response was..."And your name is...?" She stumbled a bit and finally gave me her name. It was a very interesting encounter. Her ideology/group association/victim status WAS her identity. She was very uncomfortable identifying herself as an individual.

A wonderful example of the effects of some societies. I can't imagine the confusion this type person must go through when reality sets in. I guess the letter by "Robin of Berkley" pretty much sums up what must happen when they start to question everything and things just don't seem right. I can only imagine that there will be many more of these converts when the reality of California's "social correctness" finally sinks in. It's a great way to smother a populace and create a government they simply can't tolerate or afford.

I've never heard the terms "red states" and "blue states" before, but I get the hint. I woulda thought green states and red states more appropriate(green meaning go, or pro-gun. you know what I mean).

These kinds of articles are great for us......it's telling us what we've all known for a long time. It's reassuring. i just wish articles like this were nationally distributed on the national media networks, and well publicized ALL the time. Maybe in time it will. Here's hoping.

That was a stellar article. Being victimized by crime puts things in a whole 'nother light. Everybody has a dark side. Let it shine on crime.

I've copied the URL and emailed it to all my pro-gun friends to send to their liberal friends. I've done the same. This is the kind of thing they can't ignore.
