Hey shooting enthusiasts! I am hosting a new radio show in the Dallas market on CNN 1190 called Straight Shooting with Jim Dark. You can listen to the show anywhere in the listening area from 3 to 4 Saturday afternoons, or you can visit CNN1190.com and click the "Listen Live" button to get streaming audio. Some of our recent guests include Cam Edwards, Sandy Froman, Howard Nemerov and much more. Three guests every week on a variety of gun and hunting topics!

Tune in every Saturday from 3 to 4!

HI Jim and welcome to the forum! Glad to have you with us.

I'm glad you chimed in and gave a plug to the show, as I caught an interview with Chas. Cotten on 1190 a few weeks ago, and totally enjoyed it!

It is exactly the kind of programming that the shooting enthusiast enjoys, plus gives needed exposure to non-gun enthusiasts to the wonderful world of shooting, and firearms education, in the proper light and perspective.

I hope and pray for the show to become wildly successful and eventually to go into nationwide syndication.

You all know to keep it nice. There is nothing wrong with asking for someone's bio. Give jim_dark an opportunity to answer the question if he chooses.

I don't want to beat a dead horse. Someone has already brought up my professional credentials. I was the Executive Director of the TSRA for seven years, and have been on the NRA Board for over two. That about sums it up.
