sub-leased location
Cooper lake center is having a bluegrass festival. It is a corps. lake. Please check out Cooper lake center. My question is it still off limits for chl carry with sub-lease by Tp&w it looks like. Thanks, red.

Thanks Keith, It's a fairly long drive. I wish COE would consider changing their rules. It makes no sense to me or others I'm sure. Dang it.
