Is it possible to change email address? Or must one create a new account?

If you mean on this site, you can change it under User Control Panel --> Profile -->Edit Account Settings.

I found that page. You can change email address. But you cannot change username. I wanted to use another username. Username does not appear to be something I can change.

You have to pm a Moderator to do that.
