Hello All,

I'm looking to find a good training academy and instructor for some advanced defensive handgun training. I've found some classes at DFW Gun Range and Training Center but there are not any classes scheduled for the rest of this year.
Does anyone know of places that offer this type of training in the north DFW area?

I took my last CHL Renewal there. They are a good bunch and do not talk down to you. I have not taken any advance courses there yet.

TCCI sounds interesting. I'd like ot hear from anyone who has taken any of their defensive pistol, or specialty classes. The pricing is decent compared to most courses too.

Yes TV does run good stuff out of Elm Fork. I went to one of their Tues Night classes this spring.

I guess everyone has their own opinions, but my contacts with TV have been less than lousy.

I don't think so - he tore one Achilles tendon at a practice session one day, then about a year or two later, tore the other one - talk about bad luck!
I think that knocked him out of the competition circuit for a while, and he just has been too busy with work & teaching classes to get back into competing.

Would be nice, if NTSA would list their course fees on their website...

Course fees might not be posted if the price varies based on class size, time of year, etc. etc.
