When was the last time we added a state to the reciprocity list? It seems to have essentially ground to a halt. There are plenty of states to work on it would seem.....Thoughts?

Actually the last update was August, or early September, with the adding of Nebraska. You can check the sticky thread on Reciprocity for a more accurate date.
