Anybody know if one can carry at this weeks autoshow in the Dallas convention center?

I checked out http://www.texas3006.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; but didn't find anything.

Is it owned by the city of Dallas? If so, then carry away.

Not necessarily. There is still a question if a lessee can rent a building owned by the city, post it with 30.06 and it be legally restricting. Until there is case law to set precedence, then it will be a gray area.

That's what I get out of the "book" as well. More asking if anyone has seen a sign or saw one last year or past experiences going to the autoshow.

I was going to post the same thing, Im curious....

I'm taking the family on Friday, all the way from my home here in southeastern Oklahoma. Planning to park in Plano and ride the DART train down, and I'd hate to get all the way there only to find I have to get right back on the train.

Subscribed, in case anyone with the answer comes along...

I live three blocks away, you can leave them with me!

Edit: Actually, tonight I can run down and see if it is posted, unless someone else already intends to go before this weekend.

Ok, went down to the convention center, through the main entrance, up to the ticketing area and secondary entrances, and didn't see any signs. I think you should be good to go.

I went to the boat show there a few weekends ago and the convention center was NOT posted, so I just carried right on in with no problems.
