Just checked DPS website today and saw the following. . .

"Application complete- licensed issued or certificate active"

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for your encouragement during the waiting period. It is great to come here and read posts from people who are in the same situation as you are.

To those of you still waiting. . .have faith. Your day will soon come.
