I took the CHL class and the instructor gave us a paper application to be mailed in with the packet. I was wondering since I filled out a paper application, is there any way I can check to see if it is"processing" like people do when they submit a Online application? I mailed it with a certified mail signature.

Could I call them to check the status ?, or could I fill out another application online even though I sent a paper application in?

Don't fill out a new application! Use the returning users link. I think they got rid of the PIN but if it asks for a PIN send email to the CHL staff and request yours.
