when doing the application online it asks specific dates for prior convictions. Do I just fill in the blanks and be done with it? or do i need to get something from the court system?

all over 10 years ago. class a misd. for poss. of marijuana (deferred adjudication), and some failure to appear traffic ticket warrants.

thanks

You need to get a certified copy of the Disposition from the County Clerk to send along with the application.

Traffic tickets, and warrants for same don't need to be reported. All other arrests need to be reported and the following supplied...

* Offense
* Date of arrest
* Arresting Agency & Location (County/State)
* FULL DISPOSITION OF CASE
Include Certified copies of judgment and sentence from courts.

You need a copy of your LES and military ID to get the military waiver.
