NRA board election

....So I just got my issue of American Rifleman in the mail. This is my first year of being a life member, and being in the country. This will be my first year to vote for the board. (I was in Iraq last year and did not receive my issues of AR and hence didn't vote). I wanted to discuss my thoughts on the election and get others thoughts on the matter.
Here goes sharing my views on the election. I noticed that our own Charles Cotton was on the list. He obviously got my vote. Apart from that I went down the biographies and voted based on the following criteria:
1. Demonstrated success in legislative action on second amendment issues.
2. Ability or demonstrated ability to generate publicity for second amendment issues, (esp if they have fame to lend to subject).
3. Demonstrated standing up to antis especially in traditionally anti states like California, Mass and NY
4. Ability to raise funds or keep the NRA financially successful.
Anyone else want to share what they are looking for when they vote for the board? Anyone want to list the issues that are important to them? Anyone have any names they would specifically like to advocate for?
As an aside, I felt very proud voting. It is one of the better things I did elevating my membership to life before I deployed, and I encourage anyone else here who can to consider becoming a life member too.
