IE9 question

I have not learned whether it is possible to display the pages visited history that was available through IE8. I'm not referring to typed in addresses which are visible, but in this forum, every single page was shown.

To elaborate, I read new posts here as my preferred method. Previously, I could view the chronological list of pages visited from the url. After posting, it was a very simple matter to back up about 6 pages to the last 'new posts' page.

Since IE9, I have to hit the back arrow 6 times and, IIRC, the refresh at least once. The alternative is to hit the 'index' and then 'new posts' and then try to find my last spot.

Click on the yellow star (favorites icon)

Choose the history tab

And there you are

You can also click on the small down arrow in the address bar to get a drop-down window that lists sites viewed chronologically for each session.

Star, History, Today, TexasCHLForum, then currently 25 choices.

This is what I've always done. My point was that with IE9, the previous pages visited here are not shown. It currently displays five unrelated, typed in urls.

With IE8 and previous, it was only two keystrokes.

There's a better alternative. It's called FIREFOX. :tiphat:
