For those waiting...

I know it seems like it is taking forever to get your plastic in the mail. A few months ago, I was in your shoes and since DPS was having problems with the fingerprint system, it took even longer. I kept seeing everyone get their plastic before me, it especially burned me up that all these people were getting theirs even after I sent mine in. Let me assure you that it will come, and yes, you will forget about the wait and the unfairness once you have that little plastic card in your hand.
Until then, you can still carry in your vehicle in Texas. I used to take my pistol and put it in the pasenger seat and just throw a towel over it to keep it concealed, still do.
But anyway, like I said, you will forget about the wait. When I was waiting, people would tell me the same thing, but I didnt believe them. Now, its all good. :)
