That rear sight is a "Midwest Industries Flip-Up Low-Profile Same Plane Rear Sight AR-15 Aluminum Black." MI makes decent products.

Thanks TAM. After I listed, then checked both sights, I was really confused.

You have only given me two lessons on the AR, so during our next session you have to cover the sights.
