Trying to apply online..

I'm trying to apply online and when it asks to select my application condition and the only selections are activity duty or veteran.. Where do I select the standard condition?
Did you, by chance, tell DPS(in one of your answers to a previous question) that you were asking for a reduced charge based upon military service?
