Does anyone know any Gun Manufacturing schools in Texas?

There are none. Become a certified CNC machinist, get a degree in CAD, go to a reputable gunsmithing school, apprentice with a gun maker, get your own 07 FFL and go from there.

A degree in mechanical engineering probably wouldn't hurt either.

After learning to be a machinist you could try to get a job at one of the established arms makers like Remington, High Standard, Winchester, Ruger, etc. The only manufacturer I know in Texas is High Standard.

LaRue Tactical as well, their other business is a precision machine shop / job shop.

There is a gun maker in Waco, Tx. They make a derringer.

That's a good point! After you finished making the gun you would have to destroy it so you wouldn't get arrested.
