I've never understood the irrational fear some people have of calling them 'guns' ("NO! They're WEAPONS! A GUN is a cannon!") or calling them 'clips' ("MOTHER OF GOD, man, it's a MAGAZINE!'') Not having been in the military, I wasn't ever indoctrinated to having to be required to call them by their 'military monikers'. and besides... I just love the look on some peoples faces when you tell them that you need to buy more clips for your guns. it's in the eyes!
