Not that I saw anything to buy on the site (at least your link), but why not? Could you give a Cliff Notes summary to help see what is of concern? I saw the video was almost 40 minutes and don't think I could make it through... :yawn

Second collapse of US Real estate, housing market:
1) 30 yrs Interest Rate would rise to 6-7.5%
2) Residential Housing market value drops by 30-45%
3) US default on its obligation
4) US devalue the dollar to control debt
5) Taxes rises
6) SS and Medicare and Medicaid slashed.
7) US Economy stabilize by 2025

Typical gloom and doom end of the world crisis propaganda. I don't even pay attention to those types of things. IMO they are aimed at the weak minded who will take it hook line and sinker.

I'm not into end of the world hysteria either, but as someone with above-average knowledge of economics, I'll admit I'm very concerned some of these things could happen. The fiscal irresponsibility we have witnessed over the past decade or so has been mind-boggling, and sooner or later we are going to face the consequences.
