It's a Personal Flotation Device, formerly known as a life preserver.

Oh, here's another way to drive up the price of a tool:
Simply put the prefix "MARINE" in front of it.
If you're a boater, just like the rest of life, "You have to pay to play".

Turn your air conditioner to 65 degrees, Get a big fan and put in front of your shower, turn on the cold water with the door open and the fan blowing into the shower. Wearing your best boating attire step inside the shower and get under the spraying water and start tearing up $100 dollar bills into tiny shreds that flow down the drain. The K22 Sight adjustment tool (if it is a true original) has some value to collectors.
The screwdrivers shipped with the guns back in the day. If you have a prime collector piece and want to complete the whole package, the $100 is a small price to pay (for some).
Harbor Freight and Smith and Wesson in the same sentence... that is just so wrong in so many ways
