Been several times over the years and never noticed if it was posted. Anyone know by chance as this is opening weekend and will try to get out there one day this month. If you have been then you know that people walk around with swords some real others cheap imitations and also the vendors sell certain old world weapons.
Thanks

I haven't noticed any in the past and judging from this tread, you should be good to go:

Just got back from the Renaissance Festival in Plantersville. There is not an 'official' 30.06 sign, but there is a very clear sign at the entrance to the effect of "the King prohibits any concealed weapons" or something similar. It then goes on to talk about various knives. It doesn't mention firearms specifically.
Sorry, but the Texas State legislature has preemption even over the King.
however ...
beware of 51% businesses there

We had a vacationing TABC officer giving everyone the hardest time because some signs weren't up. Our 51% sign was up, but the "duh" we check IDs and don't serve to anyone under 21 posters weren't. By the time they were done the front of the bar looked like a wall of theater ads.
You should be able to tell if it is a 51% establishment or not and its absence doesn't preclude you from following the restrictions on those establishments.

If, what I carry concealed is prohibited -- that must also mean my $ and credit cards.
Who wants to go back to the "dark ages" anyway?
"Renaissance" suggested a re-enlightenment -- in this case, not hardly.
