Two women are suing DPS for performing cavity searches on them on the roadside. Caught on dashcam. Also the women claim the female officer did not change her glove between searches.

I'm much less concerned about what's going on in Washington compared to what is going on it Texas. This is totally disgraceful. CHl holders being disarmed to primarily to run serial numbers, groping to find a little weed, what is going on!!!

Aaah, the war on drugs. Well, somebody's got to do it, right?

I would think that DPS bit the big one on this. Even with PC, you don't do this in public view on the side of the road. No exigent circumstances, this was just a screw-up.

I'm afraid it may be a shifting attitude rather than a screw-up. I sure hope I'm wrong.

This is terrible. Might just be an all time low for one of the most respected LEA's in the US of A.

The female officer was not wearing the gloves to protect the women -- so replacing the glove was not a priority.

At the same time LEO does searches inside the underwear of grown women on the side of the road because someone smelled what they thought was pot.

LE or not, I have a hard time believing anyone can see this as less than despicable.

If this is true then this needs to be eliminated.
