Dang how things have changed we used to play with bubble guns and squirt guns all the time..... And no arrests? How did I ever reach the age of 54? And manage to stay out of jail...... Not to mention those guns we made that shot rubber bands

They are all worried about a bubble gun but not worried about the violent video games and movies...

If this report is accurate, then every adult involved in this child's inquisition needs to be fired and have their license revoked. They clearly are not competent to work in any job that gives them the slightest discretion.

This little girl will be so traumatized regarding the issue of firearms that she will grow up to be a rabid anti-gunner.

This has been going on for a long time.. However anyone who had anything to do with questioning the child for such a long period of time without her mother needs to go. This is a child, hardly more than a toddler. She probably did not even understand all the words they said to her. As a mother this makes me see red.

I think they need to be slapped upside the head first. Then fired, etc....

zero tolerance is used as an excuse to not have to use your brain.

I wouldn't be so sure. It may have the opposite effect and turn her into a rabid pro-gunner.

Zero tolerance policies exist to traumatized children into fearing anything gun related and to intimidate parents from teaching their children about guns. Bubble blowing guns, paper guns, plastic green army figures, have all been used to justify punishing kids. Its nothing less than child abuse. I hope the parents of these children find good attorneys and sue the school districts.
