Application completed online 12/18/12
Fingerprints 12/20/12
CHL class 12/22/12
Mailed package 12/24/12
Online notes flipped to package received 1/16/13
Today 2/4/13 the site flipped to everything okay and manufacturing pending
Probably get plastic by this weekend.

Moved on Feb. 9 so missed the mail delivery and it was forwarded to my new address. Received it today Feb 12th.
This past Monday I changed my address and paid the $27 fee for a new license. Sigh
