My momma is in the hospital in ICU on a ventilator with a very bad case of pneumonia, her left lung is at 0% function and the right isnt much better. I have 4 sisters and along with my dad, we were all here today. I'm spending the night in her room with her, as the others went to tend to kids. The nurses tried to kick me out and at 6'3, 350lbs I can be formidable when needed. Through tears I told the nurse, "Ma'am, with all due respect, you dont have enough people in this hospital to get me out of here." Her response was, "make your self comfortable." I'm sitting here as a 28 year old man on the outside while the 5 year old is inside is scared, crying, and wants his momma." So whoever it is you pray to, include my momma in your prayers tonight.

Will do. Get some sleep. She is in God's hands.

Was sitting in that seat when I was 24 yrs old and know exactly how you feel. Prayers for your Momma and your family.

Praying for your mom. God is bigger than this and He is still in the healing business.

About two weeks ago we had a scare with my Mom, who is 90, and pneumonia. Thought she was a "goner" but she and God had other thoughts. Will remember you in our prayers.
